We collect\npersonally identifiable information about you when you register for a Connected\nHealthware Account. Registration may include your name, address, email address\nand date of birth. Connected Healthware users that wish\nto have information held by Connected Healthware about them deleted, may do so\nby contacting Connected Healthware and quoting the unique Connected Healthware\nID number allocated to them on registration.
